Treat to my eyes

This was my experience at Everglades,Florida(US)

The Everglades are a complex system of interdependent ecosystem, describes as a "River of grass" in 1947,though the metaphor only a portion of the system. The area recognized as the Everglades, prior to drainage, was a web of marshes and prairies 4000 square mile in size.

Wet prairies are slightly elevated like saw grass marshes but with greater plant diversity. The surface is covered in water only 3-7 months of the year, and the water is on average shallow at only inches deep.

Air Boat Experience to watch Alligator

Alligators have created a niche in Wet prairies. With their claws and snouts they dig at low spots and create ponds free of vegetation that remain submerged throughout dry season.Alligator holes are integral to the survival of aquatic invertebrates, turtles, fish and birds during extended drought periods. The alligators then feed upon some of the animals that comes to the holes.

The American Alligator is the official state reptiles of three states: Florida,Louisiana and Mississippi
